Dragon's Brew Coffee Company is a mobile coffee trailer specializing in simple, good coffee and espresso, sourcing local and regional coffee roasters, house made syrups and emphasizing on quality ingredients.
I hold dear three things in life, good music, good wine and good coffee. All three things bring people together, start conversations and makes people appreciate how these stimulate our senses. Being somewhat new to Port Angeles, I want to share these loves in my new hometown.

The wildfires raging through LA and surrounding areas is hearkbreaking for lack of a better word. Since the need is high right now, and will be for the coming weeks, I’ll be choosing a charity each week to donate my tips to. This week will be Baby2baby nonprofit organization.
“Baby2Baby has already distributed over 7 million emergency supplies including diapers, food, formula, water, clothing, blankets and hygiene products to the most vulnerable children and families impacted by the fires across Los Angeles. Our team is working with our 470 partner organizations in LA County spanning schools, homeless shelters and resource centers, and we will continue to fulfill requests for essential items for the weeks and months to come.
We are also providing basic essentials to evacuation centers, distributing at pop-ups across the city and hosting volunteer sessions at our Los Angeles headquarters to pack supplies for children during this traumatic time.”

RAINSHADOW COFFEE ROASTING COMPANY
Locally produced, small batch, and freshly roasted beans that create an unmistakability rich and vibrant flavor.
This Peninsula mainstay has been roasting amazing coffee beans since 2009 and has even expanded their business to California. We will be using their Sunchaser Espresso roast for our espresso machine and will use their Earlybird and Dungeness Dark (our personal favorite) in our daily drip coffee.
We will rotate our drip coffee offerings from time to time. There are many great PNW roaster that we want to showcase and share with you. Stay tuned to our roasting rotations.
